Todd J. Stein, director of The Final Fight, on the set at the Upper East Side Gotham Cafe, where actress Trini Alvarado filmed scenes as Paige Carson, the reporter loosely based on New York Times journalist John Leland, who wrote the cover story chronicling the story of Stein’s father, Marvin Stein.
